If the batch of goods is sold out by that time, we will return the money. Kaisaylejoe.com bears the shipping costs incurred when exchanging goods and guarantees the delivery of the goods ordered and paid for. If there is a delay in the fulfillment of the order for any reason, we will notify you by e-mail or phone.
After receiving the Goods, the Customer has 14 days to inspect the Goods. If desired, the Customer has the option to return the Goods within the before mentioned term by sending a corresponding message to the e-shop e-mail address kaisaylejoe@gmail.com with the order number and the number of his current account and returning the Goods at his own expense.
Pursuant to § 53 (4) point 41 of the Law of Obligations Act, Goods with opened packaging, used or damaged (including damaged packaging) are not subject to return (i.e. the Customer loses the right of withdrawal specified in clause 6.1), except if the packaging has been damaged during transport and upon receipt of the Goods by a courier service or at a post office, a corresponding note has been made on the delivery note or upon receipt of the goods arrived at the parcel machine, kaisaylejoe@gmail.com has been immediately notified of the receipt of the goods with damaged packaging. In case of withdrawal from the contract, the amount paid for the purchase will be returned.
The money for the returned Goods will be paid back to the bank account of the Customer or another person named by the Customer within 14 days from the receipt of the cancellation notice at kaisaylejoe@gmail.com, provided that the Goods have been returned within the same period.
